Curiosity killed the cat? No! for us, curiosity allows us to find original products, to constantly renew ourselves and to offer our customers unique boxes to mark every occasion: Christmas, greetings, birthdays, thank yous, retirements, etc.
It also allows us to be responsive, an essential value of our company. In a world with needs that are changing ever faster, we must be able to respond to our customers’ requests as soon as possible.
Discovery and commitment
Along with our curiosity, we have at heart to discover and share the craftsmen of our beautiful French regions. We are committed to our suppliers – true enthusiasts who offer products made with love for their craft – to discover their work and their history, by showcasing them in our boxes and on our website. It is a commitment that we also have towards our customers, to offer them carefully selected quality products.
Availability and diversity
Without availability, there is no quality service. We adapt to each of our customers’ needs and are there to help them with their projects. In a world that is constantly moving, with diverging consumption patterns, we must be flexible in order to provide the best possible response to each customer.
Social and Environmental Approach
Aware of the world around us, we are committed to meeting the needs of our customers, while being concerned about the environmental impact this can cause, starting with a few simple gestures. <That’s why we have chosen to make our own packaging from recycled and recyclable cardboard only a few kilometers away from our warehouse. Whenever possible, we offer fair trade and organic products. We also call upon ESATs (French organizations that help disabled people gain employment), with whom we work hand in hand.
